This Privacy Policy forms a part of the JetGet Website Terms and Conditions and explains how JetGet may collect, use and disclose information obtained from Users.  Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Policy are used as defined in such Terms and Conditions.


As used in this Policy, “Personal Information” means information that, alone or when combined with other information, may be used readily to identify, contact or locate Users, such as name, address, email address and telephone number.  For purposes of this Policy, Personal Information does not include information that has been rendered anonymous so that it does not allow a third party readily to identify a specific individual.


COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

JetGet collects Personal Information when a User enrolls for membership to use the Service, uses the Service or communicates with JetGet.  JetGet also collects anonymous usage statistics by using cookies, server logs and other similar technology as Users make use of the Software and the Service.


To enroll for membership, the User will need to provide Personal Information such as an e-mail address.  In order to reserve a seat on a flight, a member must provide the member’s name, credit card information and a cell phone number.  When a member makes payments through the Service, the member may need to provide Personal Information such as the member’s credit card number to JetGet’s third-party service providers.


JetGet may collect Personal Information through member communications with JetGet’s customer-support personnel.  The Service also collects and stores information that is generated automatically as members use it, including members’ preferences and anonymous usage statistics.


When a User visits the Service, JetGet and its third-party service providers receive and record information on server logs from User’s browser, including User’s Internet Protocol address, and from cookies and similar technology.  “Cookies” are small text files placed in visitors’ web browsers to store their preferences.  Most web browsers allow Users to block and delete cookies.  However, if Users or members block or delete JetGet cookies, the Service may not work properly.


By using the Service, members are authorizing JetGet to gather, retain and process data related to the providing of the Service.


USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

JetGet uses Personal Information to communicate with Users and members and to facilitate and improve the Service and related services.  JetGet may use aggregate information for any lawful purpose, including for marketing purposes.


JetGet uses information it collects, including Personal Information, for internal and service-related purposes, including providing and improving JetGet’s services.  JetGet may provide such information to third parties to allow JetGet to facilitate the Service.  


JetGet may send emails to the email address a member provides to it, in order to verify the member’s account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, customer service and system maintenance.


JetGet may use information, including Personal Information, to facilitate transmittal of information that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to Users and members.


JetGet may anonymize and aggregate data collected through the Service and use such data for any purpose.


DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

JetGet may disclose Personal Information to its third-party service providers; to comply with legal obligations; to protect and defend its rights and property; and otherwise with the respective User’s or member’s permission.


JetGet does not rent, sell or otherwise share Personal Information about Users or members with other persons or non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes unless permission of the respective User or member has been obtained.  JetGet may allow access to other data collected by the Service to facilitate transmittal of information that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to Users and members.


JetGet may share any information it receives with vendors and service providers used by JetGet in connection with its providing of the Service.  JetGet also may share Personal Information, including member’s names, with the transportation companies providing flights.


JetGet may retrieve, preserve and disclose Personal Information, other member account information and content if JetGet believes doing so is required or appropriate in order to comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; to respond to User or member requests; or to protect the rights, safety or property of Users, members, JetGet or others.


If JetGet engages in a merger, acquisition, financing, due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, User and member information may be transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law, contract or both.  In some such cases, JetGet cannot control how the transferees may use or disclose such information.


JetGet also may disclose Personal Information with the permission of the respective User or member.


INFORMATION SECURITY 

JetGet takes measures to ensure that Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.                         But the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and JetGet cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information provided to it.  JetGet cannot accept liability for unintentional disclosure of information.


By using the Service or providing Personal Information to JetGet, members agree that JetGet may communicate with them electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to their use of the Service.  If JetGet learns of a security system’s breach, JetGet may attempt to notify the User or member electronically by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email.  The User or member may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing.  To receive free written notice of a security breach or to withdraw consent for receiving electronic notice, please contact JetGet at info@jetget.com.


CHILDREN 

JetGet does not knowingly collect, and does not desire, information from children under 13 years of age.  JetGet will take steps to delete it if JetGet should discover it has collected such information.


No part of the Service is directed to children under the age of 13. If any person learns that his or her child has provided JetGet with Personal Information without parental consent, the parent may alert JetGet at info@flyblade.com .  If JetGet learns that it has collected any Personal Information from children under 13, JetGet will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.


INTERNATIONAL USERS 

By using the Service, Users outside the United States will transfer data to the United States.  By visiting the Service or otherwise providing information to JetGet, international users agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with JetGet or the Service will take place in courts in New Jersey.


If the User is visiting the United States from the European Union or other places with laws governing personal data collection and use, the User agrees to the transfer of User’s information to the United States and processing in any locations worldwide.  By providing such information, User consents to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


UPDATES AND QUESTIONS 

If the User or member wishes to update or correct any information previously provided to JetGet through the use of the Service or otherwise, or has suggestions for improving the Privacy Policy, User or member is requested to send an email message to info@jetget.com.


CHANGES

JetGet reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy.  Users and members are reminded to review this Privacy Policy periodically.   JetGet will post any adjustments to this Privacy Policy on its web page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted.  If Users or members are concerned about how their information is used, JetGet suggests bookmarking this page and reading the Privacy Policy periodically.


From time to time, JetGet may desire to use Personal Information for purposes not previously disclosed in this Privacy Policy.  If JetGet’s practices regarding previously collected Personal Information change so as to become materially less restrictive than stated in the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information was collected, JetGet will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent to any such uses as may be required by law.

 

 

Velocity 17 LLC d/b/a JetGet is not an air carrier. JetGet arranges flights provided by certified air charter operators authorized by the FAA and DOT to provide on-demand air transportation. JetGet acts as charter agent for the passenger or carrier, arranging passengers’ booking, departure timing and local concierge services.
